Peach Granola Crisp
This is a quick, simple, delicious dessert. It is perfect for warm evenings, or when unexpected company drops by.
Place peaches into a greased square 9 inch pan. Combine the rest of the ingredients and sprinkle over the peaches. (I also like to throw in a few extra chunks of butter for good measure!) Place on the grid shelf set on the floor of the Roasting Oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes, until fruit is soft. Serve warm. For an extra treat, serve with cream or vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients:
4 cups of fresh peaches – peeled and sliced 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1 1/2 c. granola (I use Trader Joe’s Lowfat Cinnamon Raisin Granola Cereal) 1/3 c. butter, melted
