Triple Chocolate Glazed Brownies

A popular aphrodisiac food is chocolate. Here is the ultimate indulgence.

METHOD:

1. Prepare the brownies: Place butter and dark chocolate in stainless bowl and set on top of warming plate until melted and smooth. Remove and set aside to cool.

2. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs and sugar and beat until light and creamy. Fold the chocolate and butter mixture through.

3. Add the sifted flour and cocoa over the mixture and combine. Mix in the white and milk chocolate then pour into parchment-lined 9 x 11 AGA baking dish.

4. Bake in baking oven until centre is soft but not runny. Cool on wire rack.

5. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze: Place dark chocolate in stainless bowl and set on top of warming plate until melted. Slowly add the cream, whisking continuously.

6. Transfer to AGA cast iron 2.3 L round casserole and place on simmering plate. Stir occasionally, on low heat, until thickened.

7. Finish the brownies: Evenly coat top of cooled brownies with glaze. For gooey, melt-in-your-mouth results warm slightly before serving.

Ingredients:
INGREDIENTS FOR THE BROWNIES:

12 oz butter
12 oz dark chocolate, chopped
6 whole eggs
2 cups white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
1 cup cocoa powder, sifted
1 1/2 cups white chocolate, roughly chopped
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate, roughly chopped

GLAZE FOR THE BROWNIES:

12 oz dark chocolate
1/2 cup 35% cream
